         The Deposit for the cottage is £50 per week. Your booking will be confirmed in writing and your deposit acknowledged. Balance for rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday date.
          If cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to when holiday begins, full rental is payable unless we succeed in re-letting. With more than 8 weeks notice, deposit only is forfeit.

        Deposits are non-returnable and we strongly recommend holiday cancellation insurance since, with regret, we have to charge in full unless we can re-let.  We ask you to report and pay for damage and breakages please.
