Deposit
          £50 deposit is required for each week booked. Balance for rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday date. If cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to when holiday begins, full rental is payable unless we succeed in re-letting. With more than 8 weeks notice, deposit only is forfeit.
